While I didn't like this book nearly as much as I enjoyed the authors first book (To Wake the Sleeping Self), it still had its moments. I really do enjoy his outlook on life, but I don't think this style of book (a collection of essays) is my cup of tea. It just seemed a bit scattered, which I suppose is the point, just not for me.
