Recently I quit my job to take care of my baby. In the unprecedented environment caused by the Corona virus pandemic, I don't find it right to send my baby to a day care or hire a babysitter. Thus, the content of the book was very very relatable. I felt this book is only for females and exactly those who have children. Women at workplace can be married, unmarried, parents, divorced; everyone has their own struggles. The book should be named working mothers lean in. I liked the memoir parts in the book.
