Synopsis

When a reclusive Parisian bookseller inherits a vast library of mathematical books from a mysteriously deceased friend in the Amazon, he finds himself drawn into a grand exploration of mathematical history. Alongside a deaf boy and his siblings, and a parrot that can discuss complex equations, the bookseller begins to unravel the secrets of Euclid and Pythagoras. However, it soon becomes clear that the inheritance holds a deeper, more dangerous purpose, pulling the household into a race to protect vital theorems from falling into the wrong hands.
