Lolle, a dairy cow, enjoys a peaceful life in a German pasture until she discovers her farmer plans to sell the herd to settle debts. Determined to avoid becoming ground beef, Lolle, with the help of a stray cat, orchestrates an escape with her friends. Their perilous journey takes them across the Atlantic, from New York to the American West, and ultimately to the Himalayas, all in pursuit of a sacred haven in India. But the farmer's bloodthirsty dog, Old Dog, is hot on their trail, determined to stop them.
