Last Sister

A man is found murdered in Bartonville, a small town on the Oregon coast, and the manner of his death is deliberately staged to send a message. FBI special agent Zander Wells is sent to work the case with local law enforcement, in a place where everyone has known everyone for decades and no one is inclined to talk to an outsider.
