Last of Her Name

Sixteen years ago, rebellion swept the Belt of Jewels, and the ruling Leonov family was murdered down to their youngest child, Princess Anya. Stacia doesn't think much about politics; she spends her days roaming her father's vineyard with her friends Clio and Pol. That changes when a Union ship arrives carrying the Direktor Eminent himself, who declares Stacia's village a den of loyalists — and claims that Princess Anya is alive, and that Stacia is her.

As her home is destroyed, Pol smuggles Stacia onto a hidden escape ship, leaving Clio in Union custody. Stacia sets out across the Belt of Jewels to rescue her friend, with the whole galaxy on her trail. Inspired by the Anastasia legend, this is a story of a lost identity and a fight to reclaim it, set in a far-future star system.
