Synopsis

Hector is a weary, grumpy vampire bound by his kind's oldest rule: never reveal yourself to a human. He breaks it anyway when he stumbles across Noelle, a young woman about to fall prey to two hunting vampires in Seattle's hidden underworld, and kills to save her — breaking a second law in the same night.

Word of both broken laws spreads fast. Now marked for pursuit by the vampire hunters who police their kind, and shadowed by troubled history of her own, Noelle and Hector are forced to stay together to survive. Her birthday falls on Christmas Day, and the pair race through the holiday season's danger and chaos with freedom, and each other, on the line.

Billed as a Hallmark-inspired romance with vampires, spice and blood, it pairs a grumpy immortal with a sunshine human heroine for a holiday paranormal romance that leans into both the cozy and the campy.
