A child psychiatrist specializing in hypnosis, Pietro Gerber, usually helps young patients confront their traumas. But when an adult patient, Hanna Hall, arrives convinced she murdered her brother as a child, Gerber's life takes a dark turn. Each session unearths more of Hanna's disturbing past, revealing she knows far too much about Gerber's own hidden demons. Could Hanna be the key to his own salvation?
