Manuel Chaves Nogales (Sevilla, 7 de agosto de 1897 - Londres, 4 de mayo de 1944) fue un periodista y escritor español. Como periodista colaboró con numerosos diarios y dirigió también varias cabeceras. Cubrió la revolución de Asturias (1934), relató la Guerra Civil y la II Guerra Mundial (en el exilio) y viajó por toda Europa, incluyendo la Rusia soviética.
