King Ottokar's Sceptre

After discovering a lost briefcase in a Belgian park and returning it to its owner, Tintin is drawn into an international mystery involving the royal sceptre of King Ottokar. Alongside his dog Snowy, he travels to the fictional Balkan nation of Syldavia, where he must outwit Bordurian agents who have infiltrated the royal court with plans to seize the crown jewels.
