Synopsis

After centuries of peace, the five kingdoms of Andalane are plunged into war when King Steveren Langene of Ithrace is betrayed and his kingdom destroyed. An infant, secretly the missing heir, is hidden away and raised on the Island Kingdom of Coaltachin, home to the lethal Nocusara warriors. Years later, an orphaned swordsmith named Declan discovers the secret to forging King's Steel, a dangerous knowledge that forces him to flee.
