Giorgio Manganelli (1922–1990) was an Italian writer, journalist, translator and literary critic, and one of the leading theorists of the neoavanguardia group Gruppo 63. He taught English literature in Rome and worked as an editorial consultant for publishers including Einaudi, Mondadori and Adelphi.
