Characters twist. Plot twist or more to the real story behind who-did-that. It was a bit confusing, to actually put all the plot together as one, plus rambling and side story of everything. It was a bit sad, a pity, a oh-so-that-was-it. Not that I fond of the story but the idea was somehow not bad-- only that the narratives and the development a bit absurd and messy to me. Love and oppression, family and friendship, a very dark thrill of the unknown feelings. Characters wise were okay-- confusing, yes. A bit over exaggerated, yes. A real what was that, again? Bizarrely. Reminiscing the past and telling the whole story from the narrator's view, it was hard to understand at first but thanks for chapter 20 though. I kept on bouncing and jumping around restlessly. I wanna know the ending but I don't wanna know the ending. Such oxymoron. But being in Shannon McFarland's shoes probably anyone would get tired like that and opted for same option. Who knows.
Give me terror.

Give me wisdom.
