Infinite Devotion

Infinite Devotion
Synopsis
In the second book of L.E. Waters's Infinite series, Maya continues her journey through the lives she lived before — guided, as always, by her spirit guide Zachariah, in the space between one life and the next. This time she relives her incarnation as Lucrezia Borgia, the notorious and much-maligned woman at the center of Renaissance Italy's most infamous family; a young stowaway swept up in the doomed 1588 Spanish Armada; and Count Redmond O'Hanlon, a real historical Irish rebel cast as a kind of Robin Hood figure fighting English rule.
As with the rest of the series, Infinite Devotion uses reincarnation as a frame for exploring very different corners of history — court intrigue, naval disaster, and armed rebellion — while following Maya's larger arc toward understanding who she has been and why.
