Synopsis
In 1941, after his brother's death at Pearl Harbor, soldier Sam Dance vows to end all wars. His scientific aptitude leads him to a mysterious physicist who offers him a device to achieve his goal. As Sam travels through war-torn Europe, he works to assemble the device, only to discover much later that it functioned in a way he never could have foreseen.
