Synopsis

When a serial killer targets the women of Rochester, New York, the FBI sends in the Behavioral Analysis Unit. Special Agent-in-Charge, Declan Vance, is determined to catch the killer, but he has a personal stake in the case. The latest victim is his sister's best friend. As the body count rises, Declan must work with local detective, Samantha "Sam" Kennedy, to stop the madman before he strikes again. But Sam has secrets of her own, and as the investigation deepens, Declan realizes that the killer is closer than they think, and Sam might be the next target.
