i have a lot of thoughts but i’m not going to write them down, mostly because there’s no need to. overall i feel like the book could’ve told the same story with 100 pages less and that most conflicts would’ve been solved if the characters had decided to have a normal conversation.

however, i did love a lot the bisexuality arc that Emma was going through. her feelings of uncertainty and fear over coming out to her parents resonated with me and it made me feel seen. i loved that, and i am happy with how that part of the story unfolded and ended, so kudos to that.
