Unexpectedly enjoyable. The absurd idea of changing souls or body-swap was nothing exceptional but I liked how it goes and way Jenna learned her lesson about the whole incident. Appreciate the appropriate amount of love and romance part; having YA characters so it kind of pleasant to see Jenna and Aaron’s scenes not that overly done or exposed more than the real central plot.
Friendship drama, jealousy, of identity crisis, one’s insecurity, familial and academic pressure— kind of relatable at a point, and it was well approached by the author, at least I think the moral and message were good enough as I can see how the struggles in Jenna’s perspective as well Jessica. Everyone carried their own battle so put down your envy and raise your empathy, do love yourself more.
