Without a doubt, my most painful read of all times. I struggled through this book and wanted to quit so many times. I realized a few chapters in that the chapter mislead me and that I won't find anything to help me take notes in class but I decided to give it a chance nevertheless. Big regret moment. This book promotes the slip-box note taking technique invented by Luhmann (Zettelkasten). However, only a few pages of how-to and 150 pages of redundant sentences and citing a million references talking about how good the technique is and why you should use it. If you're interested in learning the technique, just look it up online. Don't waste your money on this book.
