Alice Oseman is a witch. A marvelous, brilliant, good witch! While I was reading this volume, I couldn't stop smiling. If I didn't usually smile a lot, I would probably have had sore cheeks by the end. The story turned a bit angsty, but it still was lighthearted and warm enough; it was very well done. Some topics were explored, which we usually don't give too much thought. For example, one of the characters mentioned how coming out isn't just one big moment; it's an experience that LGBTQIA people have to constantly repeat for the rest of their lives, every time one meets new people. Charlie and Nick's story just keeps getting more beautiful and thoughtful.
