Synopsis
Harry, a white dog with black spots, loves the seashore but not the hot sun. One day, a large wave washes over him, covering him in seaweed. When beachgoers see the seaweed-covered Harry, they mistake him for a terrifying sea monster, leading to a comical misunderstanding.
