Synopsis

Seven years after his escape, Dr. Hannibal Lecter is living a quiet life in Florence, but his past is catching up with him. Mason Verger, a former victim who survived a horrific encounter, is using his vast wealth to hunt the doctor down for a slow and painful revenge. Meanwhile, disgraced FBI agent Clarice Starling finds herself drawn back into Lecter's orbit as the hunter and the hunted begin a dangerous game across two continents.
