Synopsis

Gregor and the Curse of the Warmbloods is the third installment in Suzanne Collins's acclaimed Underland Chronicles, a high-fantasy adventure series set beneath the surface of our own. When a deadly plague begins to ravage the inhabitants of the Underland — including Gregor's bond Ares — he must venture back into this hidden world alongside his loyal bat companion Boots and a group of unlikely allies. Guided by an ancient prophecy known as the Prophecy of Blood, they set out on a perilous quest through dangerous territories in search of a rare plant that can be distilled into a cure. As political tensions simmer among the Underland's factions and old enemies resurface, Gregor must grow into his role as a hero to save both worlds he calls home.
