Synopsis

In 1918 Boston, a young Irish-American patrolman named Danny Coughlin goes undercover to infiltrate a radical group of men plotting an uprising against the city's police force. His investigation leads him and his partner into a dangerous conspiracy that stretches from the streets of Boston to the Black Wall Street district in Tulsa, Oklahoma — where a separate tragedy unfolds with devastating consequences for both cities.
