Ash felt like a long-lost sister or something. A Scorpio that loves wearing black, cries easily and has a job not everyone would feel comfortable in. I felt so strongly for her, with her. All I wanted to do was hug her and tell her she's gonna be fine. And Nathaniel, he was such a ‘grumpy, tall asshole’ with the softest heart I've ever encountered in a book. All he wanted was to be accepted and loved by his family. But the best thing he found by searching for that acceptance was Ash. He took care of her even if he didn't like her at all. But once he knew she was his ‘bigfoot’, his morbid angel, his love. He showed her time after time how much he loved her. 

The way I ate this book was like a bag of candy! I'm normally not a slow-burn girlie, but this was the sweetest slow-burn that made you happy that you've waited because their chemistry is off the charts 🥵
I loved this book so much and all I want is to go to Hawaii find myself a lighthouse and stay there forever.Thank you so much for giving me this book to ARC read.
