Sebuah novel remaja zaman sekolah dengan isu keluarga dan persahabatan. Dari awal, perkenalan watak utama sangat kuat dan tegas. Perangai Jah Aniza yang lahir dalam keluarga berantakan dengan perangai si ayah yang cukup untuk buat dia tak berapa gemar dengan orang lelaki. Saya ingatkan tema feminis itu sendiri akan bawa saya ke satu 'perbincangan' berat tapi penulis cuma santai-santai sahaja, ada isu viral di medsos yang dibawa sekali jadi perkembangan naratif agak variasi dan konflik persahabatan dan keluarga itu walau agak dramatik tapi penceritaannya berkesan. Beberapa babak senang diagak jalan kisahnya-- tentang cikgu Azhar dan Leeya, tentang lelaki pakaian gelap yang suspicious. Ada perangai-perangai watak yang cukup buat saya meluat dan tak puas hati, tentang Jah sendiri yang mahu tegakkan kesamarataan tapi tanpa sedar dia sendiri tak berlaku adil. Satu hal yang saya agak suka bila penulis fokus tentang hal persahabatan antara Jah, Effa dan Leeya-- ini sangat menarik dan banyak pengajaran. Boleh lihat pelbagai persepsi individu dalam menghadapi konflik dan persekitaran.
