Synopsis

Bestselling author Harriet Lerner explores how fear and shame often secretly guide our lives. She argues that by understanding and even befriending these emotions, we can achieve greater calm and clarity. Through personal stories and insights from her practice, Lerner shows how to harness fear to serve our best selves, rather than letting it silence our authentic voice.
