I have mixed feelings about this one. It had such a cozy autumn atmosphere with the small-town setting, old friends, and fall vibes, and I really enjoyed the pacing and overall ambiance.
However, I realized while reading this that I’m probably more into YA books because some parts of this felt a little too childish for my taste. The miscommunication also bothered me at times, and I struggled to fully connect with the FMC because some of her choices felt a bit selfish.
The romance was cute, but I honestly wished we had more depth and more emotional development between the characters.
Overall, it was a sweet and cozy fall romance, just not one that completely worked for me. 🍁
