Synopsis

Mr. Hoppy is quite smitten with his neighbor, Mrs. Silver, but she barely notices him, being far more devoted to her pet tortoise, Alfie. Determined to win her affection, Mr. Hoppy devises a rather unusual plan involving a bit of magic and a whole lot of tortoises. It's a charming tale about how love can blossom in the most unexpected ways.
