Synopsis

In October 1977, as a devastating hurricane approaches, the women of the Godínez family barricade themselves in their inherited Havana beach house, a place shared by multiple generations and their hidden tragedies. Decades later, from her New York City apartment, Valeria reconstructs the events of those fateful days, recalling how her cousin Jafet seized the calm before the storm to flee the island. This story explores the secrets and sacrifices of a family caught between a turbulent past and an uncertain future.
