Synopsis

Tennis star Valerie Simpson is murdered at the U.S. Open, and her agent Myron Bolitar's top client, Duane Richwood, becomes the prime suspect. While the police are quick to close the case, Myron suspects there's more to the story, especially when he uncovers a connection to a six-year-old murder. As Myron digs deeper, he finds himself targeted by powerful figures who want the past to stay buried, putting his own life on the line.
