Plot : ⭐⭐
Story : ⭐⭐
Spice : 🌶️🌶️
Rating : ⭐⭐⭐
Tropes : Loveless marriage, neglected wife. (I don’t know what else to put here?)
Pacing : medium.
Characters : I loved the FMC, it’s been a long time since I last finished this book, so, I don’t remember the story much, but I liked the FMC, not the male lead, he was kinda annoying, and I didn’t like him much.
What I loved/ liked : I loved the plot, and where the story was going. It’s the fact that the wives of all the husbands found their husbands talking about them when they tried to check the cameras, which was okay. I liked the parts where the FMC and her family’s parts were present. I also liked how the FMC tries to get the divorce, but i’d also liked a bit more grovelling from the MMC, but overall it was a good book.
What I struggled with : I didn’t like how the word “doormat” kept repeating.
Loveable characters or not : yes, I liked the FMC. not the MMC though.
Similar book recommendations : i’d recommend reading reading arranged marriage with revenge elements ‘my ruthless husband’ by Sanjana Nidhi.
Strong character development : yes, the FMC improved at the end of the book, rather than being a doormat.
Plot driven / character driven : for me, it was plot driven, I liked the story.
Favorite quotes/ highlights : none.
Similar authors : Sanjana Nidhi’s books. (give their books a try)
Any other details : none.
