دليل جدتي لقتل الأوغاد (My Grandmother's Guide to Killing Scoundrels) is a 2023 novel by the Egyptian writer Mirna El Mahdy, published by Dar El Karma. It follows Issa, a young man who discovers that violence runs deep in his family — and that his grandmother has long appointed herself the household's quiet executioner of the "scoundrels" who prey on the people around her.

Set against the texture of everyday Cairo, the book braids black comedy with social drama, moving between the members of one household: the formidable grandmother Nosra, the mother Sabreen, and the siblings, as old secrets and fresh grief force Issa to weigh his family's brutal traditions against his own conscience.

El Mahdy uses a crime-thriller frame to open up harder questions about depression, domestic abuse, and the harassment and exploitation that ordinary people absorb in silence. By turns darkly funny and deeply unsettling, the novel became one of the most widely read and discussed Arabic titles in Egypt in the years after its release.
