Disturbing the dark

Investigative filmmaker Maggie MacGowen travels to Normandy to document the agricultural seasons on her family's ancestral farm. An accidental discovery of a skull unearths a dark secret from the wartime German Occupation, drawing unwanted attention to the quiet village. As tourists, descendants of soldiers, and media descend, a young woman is murdered, forcing Maggie to confront the past and present dangers.
