Synopsis

Samma is desperate to escape her stepfather's debts, which threaten to sell her into a terrible future. Her only hope lies with the enigmatic Roche Delacroix, a man whose suggestive words and actions have already made her acutely aware of her own vulnerability. Trapped between a grim reality and an uncertain offer of escape, Samma feels life is deeply unfair.
