Debutantes

A year after debutante Margot Landry turned up dead the morning after her reign at New Orleans' Les Masques Ball, this year's ball is hijacked by a masked Jester — and new queen Lily disappears the very next day, right after texting three of her Maids to meet up. Vivian, Piper, and April — Lily's best friend, her boyfriend's sister, and her former frenemy — realize something dark hides beneath the glittering Mardi Gras surface, and Margot's death may not have been the accident everyone assumed. As the Jester threatens to expose their secrets one by one, the unlikely trio has to find Lily before she becomes the next debutante to die.

Olivia Worley delivers a twisty YA mystery-thriller set against New Orleans Carnival glamour and rot.
