Malcolm Gladwell (born September 3, 1963, in Fareham, England) is a British-Canadian journalist and author. Raised from the age of six in Elmira, Ontario, he worked as a reporter for The Washington Post before joining The New Yorker as a staff writer in 1996, where he remains on staff.
