Synopsis

Alosa is the daughter of the Pirate King, and the captain of her own ship. When a rival crew's ship takes her prisoner, it's exactly what she wanted: a way aboard, and a chance to search for the final piece of an ancient map leading to a legendary treasure.

The ship belongs to Draxen, a young pirate lord eager to make a name for himself, and his first mate, Riden, is sharper than Alosa expected him to be. Clever, watchful, and unfairly attractive, he quickly becomes the one real obstacle standing between her and the map. As her search drags on and the danger grows, Alosa has to decide how much she's willing to feel for an enemy she was only ever supposed to use.
