Synopsis

Cursebound is Saara El-Arifi's sequel to Faebound, continuing the story of human sisters Yeeran and Lettle after their exile into the fae realm. Yeeran, a soldier unprepared for love, has left her new lover — the Queen of the fae — to return to her homeland, only to find her former lover now threatens war against the fae she has come to protect. Left behind in the fae city, Lettle is determined to break the ancient curse that binds the fae to their realm, and believes a mysterious stranger who appears in the city may hold the key — if only the Fates, once her constant guides, hadn't gone silent.

As the two sisters are pulled apart by duty, love and an approaching war, Cursebound weaves political intrigue and high-stakes fae magic with a sapphic romantasy at its core, asking whether Yeeran and Lettle can uncover the secret behind the curse and unite two worlds before they destroy each other.
