Synopsis

Amelia Green is making a name for herself as an assistant coach in the NHL, unbothered by the people who try to pull her down. What she didn't account for was Grant Everett — the newest player on the D.C. Stars roster, younger than her, off-limits by every professional measure, and impossible to stop thinking about.

Years of friendship and fighting their feelings turn into something more after one night together. Between secret meetups and Amelia landing the head-coaching job with the league's newest expansion team, the two are forced to confront what their future actually looks like.
