Synopsis

Margot Livesey (born 1953) is a Scottish-born novelist and short story writer. Raised in the Scottish Highlands, she earned a BA in English and Philosophy from the University of York before living for several years in Toronto and eventually settling in the United States. She is the author of ten novels, including Homework, Criminals, Eva Moves the Furniture, The Flight of Gemma Hardy, Mercury and The Road from Belhaven, along with a short story collection and an essay collection on writing craft...
