Cinderella Is Dead

Two hundred years after Cinderella's happily ever after, the kingdom still enforces a brutal tradition: all eligible girls must attend the Royal Ball to be chosen by a suitor. For sixteen-year-old Sophia, this means a life of forced marriage or worse. When she flees the ball with her best friend, Erin, they find refuge in an unexpected place. Sophia soon discovers the dark truth behind the fairy tale and joins forces with Cinderella's descendant to dismantle the oppressive regime.
