Chosen is a wonderfully entertaining story with one of the most unabashed, badass, and unapologetic feminist heroines out there. That's what I loved the most, that the heroine doesn't suffer any of the constraints of 'polite' society. It was an absolute breath of fresh air.
However, the author's writing is a hindrance to the story. It didn't feel polished nor edited enough. Sometimes, I had to read a passage, or a conversation, again to understand it. It just didn't flow properly. But the story was so good I did my best to overlook its faults.
