Charlie's angels, full throttle

The Angels are back for another high-octane mission, this time going undercover to recover two rings that contain encrypted information about everyone in the Witness Protection Program. When the rings are stolen, the Angels must track down the thief and prevent the identities of protected witnesses from being exposed. They face a formidable foe from their past, leading to explosive confrontations and daring stunts.
