Edit: first I finished this book, there were parts that I didn't like! there were some details I couldn't bear! but now, after couple of months I can only remember the good things and the good feelings! so I think that's a good point for this book.
and I loved the movie! they cut some unnecessary details, so that makes it even better! they cut the ending, when it's so many years later and Elio goes to see Oliver! I also think that was a good choice! the movie was more of a love story than the book was.

I wanted to give this book just 2 stars! but I really liked the way it ended! albeit, there were so many things that I liked and enjoyed, but on the other hand, there were things that I just couldn't believe I was reading!
I think the thing between Elio and Oliver wan't simply love! it was kind of an obsession! and sometimes it was really sweet and lovely, and some other times it was just weird! but I really liked that they went their own separated ways and lived their own lives! I also enjoyed the atmosphere! I wished I could live somewhere like there for a few days!
