ByeBye Pille (Bye, bye Pille: In 4 Schritten zurück zur Balance) is Isabel Morelli's guide for women stopping hormonal birth control. Morelli started taking the pill at thirteen and came off it at twenty-one, after which her body reacted severely -- sending her from doctor to doctor trying to understand what was happening. Out of that experience she built the blog Generation-Pille.com, and this book collects what she learned.
The book explains what the body needs after stopping the pill, how the menstrual cycle actually works, what role hormones and key nutrients play, how to navigate the medical system and which blood values are worth tracking, and what non-hormonal contraceptive alternatives exist.
