Synopsis

Buck is a mountain man who wants a woman and a family of his own. He meets Rosie at his mother's diner, and after one stolen afternoon together she disappears. Eight months later she turns up at his cabin, pregnant with twins.

Rosie fled an arranged marriage and an uncle who wants to control her, and she believed a pregnancy would buy her freedom. It did not. Her uncle is still coming, and Buck refuses to let Rosie run again — he intends to protect her and their babies whatever it costs him.

Bucked is the second book in Frankie Love's The Mountain Man's Babies, a series of short, steamy contemporary romances that each end happily.
