Broken Dove

Broken Dove is the second novel in Dani Francis's Silver Elite series, a dystopian romantasy set on a Continent ruled by the Primes, where telepathic "Mods" are hunted and conscripted.

Having blown her cover as a double agent inside the Silver Elite and escaped the capital, Wren Darlington is safe behind allied lines for the first time in her life. She turns her attention to helping the Uprising bring down Prime rule for good. Her former commander and lover, Cross Redden, stays behind enemy lines, sabotaging the Primes from within.

The result is a story split between two wars: the one for the fate of the Continent, and the quieter one over where Wren's loyalties, and her heart, ultimately belong. Dani Francis is a pen name of romance author Elle Kennedy.
