Synopsis

On his eighteenth birthday, Colin, a young man, unexpectedly discovers his gay identity and experiences love and sex for the first time with the glamorous, older biker, Ray. Their relationship unfolds in the woodsy cruising grounds of Box Hill, narrated by Colin with a comically humble perspective. However, their newfound happiness is soon challenged by homophobia, class differences, family conflicts, and loss, forcing Colin to confront the wider complexities of the world and human connection.
