Synopsis

Sera has escaped the false god Kolis. She is back with the people she loves, but what he did to her has not let go of her yet. Nyktos, the true Primal of Death, wants her to rule at his side as Queen of the Gods. Before she can claim that title, she has to believe she has earned it.

Ruling together means winning the other Courts of Iliseeum onto their side. Most of those gods trust almost no one, let alone her. Kolis only grows stronger, and the fight forming around Sera and Nyktos threatens the small circle of people who have chosen to stand with them.

This is the fourth and closing book in the Flesh and Fire series. It is a romance-forward dark fantasy that moves between the mortal world and the realm of the gods. The pace is fast, court politics sit alongside open combat, and Sera and Nyktos stay at its center throughout.

The content runs dark. Earlier books in the series carry graphic violence and references to sexual assault, and this one does not soften that.
